From arrival to departure the staff were excellent, happy and helpful. The hotel itself is welcoming with a clean airy feel. Our room was clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was a little tired but clean and well equipped with toiletries and towels. Our continental breakfast was good, if basic, we ordered poached eggs on toast which were an extra but worth it. The toaster (the bugbear of many hotels) was set to make perfect toast with just one run through. I have stayed places where the toast either gets cremated or it needs to go through the machine 2-3 times! The hotel is ideally situated as it is easily accessible with a car park (£10 charge) and South Ruislip train and underground station is right next door giving direct travel into central London. There is a restaurant in the hotel and there is also a pub right next door and Sainsbury’s across the road plus a row of small shops adjacent to the hotel. This was my third stay at this hotel and my husband and I are returning in 2 weeks time.

Perfect location - easy access from A40. Parking was ideal and plenty of spaces. Staff were all engaging and upbeat The room was a decent size. Our room was across from the train station and with the window closed you couldn’t hear anything which was a welcome surprise. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. A paid full English breakfast was available if needed. We did have a meal from the lunch menu and the wraps were great value for money and much bigger than expected and very tasty.

We used the hotel as a base for one night in order to attend a Memorial Concert in London in the evening and a Memorial Service at RAF Northolt the following morning. The room was good, bed comfortable and the overbath shower was really good. Breakfast was good and the staff were all excellent. We are possibly returning to an event in London later this year and would definitely use this hotel again. I forgot to mention that it is right next to South Ruislip underground and British Rail station which was ideal.

Breakfast was an absolute delight—a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, fruits. As for the location, it couldn’t have been more ideal. The hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions, making it a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind while exploring the local gems.

Overnight quiet even though the location is under a flight path to Northolt and it is next to a railway. All the staff are very nice and everything works as it should. For the money I do not think you can beat it AND it is next door to a decent Greene King pub.
